The assortment of alcoholic beverages, soft and hot drinks includes the following: whiskey, vodka, gin, rum, brandy, tequila, cognac, vermouth, liqueurs, Bulgarian schnapps - rakia, mint (sweet mint liqueur), anisette, white and red wine, beer, Pepsi, Mirinda (Orange and Lemon), 7 Up, Soda-water from Post Mix Machine, mineral water from Dispenser Machine, soluble punch juices, instant coffee and espresso, hot milk, cocoa, cappuccino, tea (black, herbal, fruit and green tea).
Alcoholic cocktails (from the all inclusive beverages made) Screw Driver, Vodka Orange & White Vermouth, Tequila Sunrise, Cuba Libre, Sex on the Beach, Margaritas, Mai-Tai and lots more.
All inclusive beverages are Bulgarian labels offered on tap, in glasses and will be served at all hotel bars. Lobby bar is open 24 hours a day.
Breakfast is held on a buffet table and includes a rich variety of, but not necessarily: paste products, such as ten types of bread, croissants with various filling, butter-pastries and salty pasties, various kinds of cakes, pan-cakes cooked before the clients, omelettes, sausages and other short orders, cold cuts, various cheese types, easy over / sunny side-up fried eggs, scrambled eggs and boiled eggs, vegetables, beans, canned fish, various sauces, pates, butters, fruit, yoghurts and fresh milks, bottled fruit, desserts, variety of mueslis and cereals, small sweets, gateau, etc.
Lunches and dinners are held also on a buffet table. Two kinds of soup are offered - one with meat, the other one vegetarian, ten kinds of salads and cold appetizers, seven kinds of main meals – meat (everyday selection of pork, fish, chicken and veal) and vegetarian, cold cut sausages and cheese, three kinds of garnishes (rice, potatoes and vegetable mix), a splendid table with desserts, cakes, gateau, creams, etc., fruit, different kinds of bread.
Warm and cold sandwiches, pizza, fruit, croissants with various filling, small pastries, butter-pastries, etc. are offered during the morning and afternoon snack.
Sweet afternoon hour is held at the lobby bar. Sweets, pastries, cakes, etc. are served along with the hot drinks.
In the evening of 14th of April (Saturday) - late night discothèque up to the late hours of the night. Before the disco - an entertaining show program.
A rich festive lunch with warm Easter cakes and roasted lamb on 15th of April (Sunday), also traditional folklore program, and typically Bulgarian custom of cracking eggs will be organized. A priest from the Orthodox Temple Saint Nicolay in Varna will celebrate Mass on the date of the holiday.
